This long distance walk from Amroth to St Dogmaels is divided into 15 clear sections of between seven and 19 miles. At any time of the year there is much to see as the continuing cycle of nature successively reveals its different moods and aspects. This guide is designed to assist in planning an end to end walk along this long distance trail as well as provide a companion to point out some of the interesting features along the way. The contoured nature of the coast creates many sections of the 182 mile (288 km) route that can be conveniently walked on a day basis, and the excellent bus service opens up even more possibilities.

An accommodation guide, distance charts, and access and transport points provide additional information, together with an informative introduction, which discusses the region's geology, history, flora and fauna, topography and weather conditions.
