Dig into the region's past by visiting train stations long since closed, like Tissington, Bakewell and Millers Dale. Explore the heritage of a bygone era by walking from disused lines now known as the Tissington Trail and the Monsal Trail. Walk through renovated tunnels, stand on abandoned platforms, and see railway remnants left over from the age of steam.

These are accessible trails that take in some fabulous countryside and enjoy some of the finest views in the country.
