The book has a short introduction and an area map showing the walk locations. Each of the walks begins with a panel giving distance, start location with grid reference and post code and the relevant OS Explorer map sheet number. The panel also gives a small outline map of the walk. Precise route finding instructions are provided. Each walk is presented on a two page spread with a colour photograph.
