These 20 circular walks, varying in length from 2 to 7 miles, take in renowned beauty spots, hidden gems and must-see places across Hampshire and the New Forest. The guide has been divided into seasons, so you'll find a recommendation for every day of the year. Highlight include:

Spring: Hurstbourne Tarrant with its thatched cottages, and the bluebell-carpeted nature reserves of Roydon Woods and Broughton Down.
Summer: warm-weather strolling on the South Downs and bird spotting near Sarisbury.
Autumn: the blazing colours of the heathland around Rockford and Hartley Wintney.
Winter: coastal views, cosy pubs and sea air at Netley Abbey, and the countryside of Kingsclere's famouse Watership Down.

Each walk entry begins with a description of the terrain, Ordnance Survey Explorer map sheet references, starting point with grid reference, how to get there and parking and refreshment options.
