Ideal walks for families, these scenic routes range from short rambles for newcomers to country walking in the delightful parklands of Sherborne and Cirencester, to more energetic walks to the views from Haresfield Beacon and the idyllic villages of Bibury and Snowshill.

Features include clear and easy to follow instructions, detailed full colour Ordnance Survey Explorer mapping with the route clearly highlighted, and specially commissioned colour photographs. There are twenty routes to choose from, colour coded by length and difficulty; green for easy; blue for modest length with some climbing and red for more challenging walks, possibly with stiff climbs. There are notes on places of interest and a children's quiz question for each walk.
