Best Pub Walks in Cheshire Walking Guidebook

This guidebook, the third edition of 'Best Pub Walks in Cheshire' has been fully revised. All the walks have been updated and the pubs revisited. New routes are also included in each section for those who enjoy shorter walks, perhaps followed by a pub lunch. All of the pubs serve Real Ale.

The book contains 30 circular walks of between 3 and 7 miles, none of which are particularly strenuous. They are arranged into six geographical areas. At the beginning of each walk entry there is a panel giving practical information about the walk. This includes distance, OS Explorer map sheet number, starting grid reference and post code, instructions for arriving by car, name of pub and telephone number, and short route summary. A more detailed description of the pub follows. The route-finding instructions are comprehensive and supported by a sketch map. There are black and white photographs throughout the book plus some colour plate sections.
