Wales is the largest country in the world with a path around its entire coast. The Wales Coast Path runs for 870 miles (1440 kilometres) from the walled city of Chester in the north to the pretty market town of Chepstow in the south. This official guide book, specially commissioned by the Countryside Council for Wales, covers the 110 miles (180 kilometre) section around the Llyn Peninsula from Bangor on the Menai Strait to Porthmadog at the top of Cardigan Bay.
