The whole 'Wainwright' Coast to Coast route is included on one double sided map sheet measuring 960mm by 694mm. All 193 miles (308 kilometres) of the Wainwright route along with its alternatives are highlighted across 9 map sections at 40k scale. The map is based upon Ordnance Survey 1:50,000 scale, but expanded to 1:40,000 scale making the text and features over 40% larger, thus making them easy to read and understand. OS accuracy is combined with the map's clearer representation of rights of way, footpaths, and bridleways, assisting route navigation on the ground.

The map is printed on Polyart film using 100% oxygenation inks to produce a lightweight, Super-Durable, waterproof map that is tough enough to shrug off the worst that the Coast to Coast can subject it to and still fold up like new at the end of each day.
